"Paying for insurance for a few decades has been easy. Filing a claim when our car was vandalized has proven incredibly stressful and time consuming. At no point in the process has this home office been proactive in facilitating us utilizing the policy we've been paying for to get our vehicle back to working order. It seems that the system is set up to wait you out to accept subpar repairs or service. I used to be insured out of state and our agent was so helpful when we had to make a claim. Didn't know I was so lucky. It has been incredibly eye opening and disappointing to find that some agencies are just there to process your premiums. Edit: Their response directing to communicate with a department that is staffed like a call center for assistance is exactly what my chief complaint relates to. My past agent went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process and felt like making us and our property whole was their priority when we had a claim. We did not have that sense here. What's more troubling is the attempt to craft a false narrative in their review response. The office did not speak with the policy holder over 7 times (confirmed at time of this update via phone records)- and any 'record' showing that is a misrepresentation or complete work of fiction."
